The toilet flushing pressure was very weak. It couldn't even flush toilet paper. The shower door design allowed the sink area to get completely wet. It was difficult to keep the bathroom dry after showers.

starry cui is a super receptionist. her approach and service made everything wonderful. i especially appreciated the room upgrade i received and the early check-in allowed. the location is ideal, it provided easy access to everything i wanted to see.

the wifi signal was a little weak in some areas of my room.

The location was very central to attractions and shopping. The subway station was easily accessible. i found the room size to be quite spacious. the famous bund was within walking distance, so i could easily visit both day and night.

i found the interiors of the room a bit outdated, though they were well kept. i had to wait a while for the room to be cleaned when i checked in.
